GPA-Richmond sponsors and runs the Pet Bonnet Contest every year. The emcees show the contestants and announce the winners.
And as always, local merchants came through and donated wonderful gift baskets for our winners
But lest we not forget our wonderful hounds who showed up in full costume
All things great and small, young and old enjoyed this event!
